Leadership Team

Ashley Cook
Ashley Cook, the founder of ZOCCAM is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas. She received both her BA and Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University. After receiving her law degree, Ashley built a practice focused on representing title companies and real estate brokers. Ashley’s experience in the real estate industry gave her the vision to identify the need to streamline payments in the real estate space.
In 2015, Cook launched ZOCCAM, a platform that utilizes a mobile app to securely send documents and funds to the Escrow Agent in order to affect the deposit and open the order. Ashley’s passion for the industry drives her initiative to create innovative solutions for payments. Connecting the parties through technology decreases liability and increases transparency.
Ashley serves as a board member on the SMU Dedman School of Law Emerging Leader Board, the Ebby Halliday Foundation, the TLTA PAC Board, the University Park Firefighter Pension Board, Title Industry Political Action Committee Board and is an active member of the Texas Land Title Association and American Land Title Association.

Steven Terry
Steve Terry joined ZOCCAM with a career in growing small companies, experience in software business and the real estate title business.
Steve began his career in the audit division of Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) specializing in entrepreneurial companies. During his 8 plus years at Coopers & Lybrand, Steve rose to the level of senior manager where he managed multiple audit teams and several merger and acquisition due-diligence engagements.
Steve joined RamQuest Software in 2001 was part of the team that marketed the company for sale and in 2005 a majority interest in the company was sold to two major title insurance companies. Upon completion of this transaction, Steve turned his attention to the operations side of the business. In addition to his CFO duties, Steve oversaw the management of different operational departments over the next several years.
In 2019, Steve joined ZOCCAM as its Chief Operating Officer. In addition to overseeing the Comapny’s financial and accounting activities, Steve is also evaluates, presents, manages, and executes. strategic initiatives and market opportunities that best support the company’s short-term and long-term strategies.

R. Wayne Norton
R. Wayne Norton’s career has spanned over 30 years with a primary focus in the financial services field covering local, regional, and national operations. He has held leadership positions in title, mortgage, and property/casualty insurance industries where he had success expanding operations regional footprints into national organizations.
He is an active member of the Texas Land Title Association where he assists in the advancement of the title industry. He and his wife volunteer their time fundraising for many charitable organizations; Wheel Chair Foundation, Children’s Medical, and Hope’s Door. They are blessed with 5 children and 5 beautiful grandchildren.
