RamQuest Inc., a provider of title and settlement solutions for the land title industry, announced that its Closing Market digital network is now integrated with ZOCCAM.
RamQuest’s Closing Market digital network is an application-to-application interface that electronically connects business partners allowing each participant to work from their own software. ZOCCAM is an application that securely sends earnest money to title companies using mobile remote deposit capture.
“ZOCCAM makes the transfer of money and documents between the consumer, realtor and settlement agent seamless. For the user, it is as simple as capturing a photo and more secure than the methods currently used,” said Ashley Cook, CEO and founder of ZOCCAM.
ZOCCAM’s mobile remote deposit capture application streamlines the transaction process by enabling the real estate agent to securely send the contract and earnest money to the title company using their mobile phone. The funds are deposited instantly and, as a result of the RamQuest integration, the title order is opened simultaneously, which allows title processing to begin immediately and saves valuable time.
“We are excited about this opportunity to work with ZOCCAM and RamQuest to bring this new product to the market in Texas. We think it will be a significant benefit to all of our customers and provide a more efficient way for everyone to work together.” Brian Pittman, President of Independence Title Agency.
